The FY2022 Q2 CIP Quarterly Report contains a summary of the Capital Improvement Program work that progressed during the second quarter of FY2022 (October 1, 2021-December 31, 2021). The majority of the work noted was in the implementation phase (23 projects); the remainder of the projects were either in the initiation phase (4), planning/design phase (11), or closeout phase (15). In general, project progress continues to be challenged by supply chain delays. Supply chain delays impact the ability to receive construction materials (i.e. steel, concrete, tile, etc.) timely, and thus some project deadlines may have to be extended. |
