The attached report outlines the progress and budget status of all projects in the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) roster. The report is organized by school site and contains project status data on major projects through March 2019. An Executive Summary, which contains CIP Highlights, a Project Status Table, and a Financial Summary Section, which quickly describes the financial standing of the CIP budget are included in this report. Section I (Detailed CIP Project Status Updates on major projects) consists of detailed project narratives supplemented by financial tables by school or site. Section II (Major Projects) provides a status update of each major project for which an extended description is essential. |
