Agenda Item Summary:

This is a second draft of the presentation for the School Board and City Council Joint Work Session regarding ACPS’s FY 2022-2031 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). The Joint Work Session is scheduled for November 17, 2020.

Background:

Following the Ad-Hoc Joint City-Schools Facilities Investment Task Force’s recommendation that the City Council de-couple their budget processes, this is the second year that the joint CIP work session between City Council and the School Board will take place in the fall.

Recommendation:

The Superintendent recommends that the School Board review the draft presentation to be presented by the School Board to City Council on the FY 2022-2031 CIP.
