This memo provides an update of Community Use of Facilities for December 2022. In December 2022, indoor use of our facilities included: three Girl Scout meetings, a youth basketball game, a pancake breakfast, cheer practice, a Church service, a PTA meeting, a Bible study, a musical performance, a family movie night, a holiday craft making, a cheerleading competition, a toy distribution, a futsal tournament, two winter break camps, and two clean up and reorgs. Outdoor use of our facilities included a Scottish walking parade.
$5,680.00 was collected for use of schools in December 2022.

Background:
|
School Board Policy KG, Community Use of Facilities, requires the preparation and issuance of a monthly community use of facilities report. Monthly reports will provide an overview of both ACPS-related and non-ACPS related facilities use.

Recommendation:
|
The Interim Superintendent recommends that the School Board the December 2022 Community Use of Facilities monthly report.
