Created in 2017, the School Board reviewed revisions to the Board Operating Procedures at its April 23, 2019 Retreat and May 23, 2019 Board Meeting.
These changes clarify Board Members’ interaction with the media, procedures related to budget document submission, the frequency with which Board Members will meet with the Superintendent, and guidelines for school liaison assignments. *Orange text reflects feedback from the 5/23/19 School Board Meeting. |

Background:

In pursuit of continuous improvement and as the reference document guiding its practices and protocols, the School Board periodically refines its operating procedures. In addition, they are affirmed annually at the Organizational Board Meeting in accordance with Policy BCA. |
