The City Council and School Board will discuss the FY2021-2030 CIP Budget during their joint work session on Tuesday, November 17, 2020. A key topic of discussion at this meeting will be colocation, generally, but more specifically as it relates to the High School Project. |

Background:
|
|
Following the Ad-Hoc Joint City-Schools Facilities Investment Task Force’s recommendation that the City Council de-couple their budget processes, this is the second year that the joint CIP work session between City Council and the School Board will take place in the fall. |

Recommendation

The Superintendent recommends that the School Board review the materials for the FY 2022-2031 CIP Budget Work Session #1. |
