This memo provides an update of Community Use of Facilities for April 2023. In April 2023, indoor use of our facilities included: a community gathering, rehearsals, childcare, a parent meeting, a board meeting, Girl Scouts meetings, team pictures, a basketball tournaments, family engagement, a fraternity meeting, a condo meeting, a cheerleading competition, a talent show, and a community gathering. Outdoor use of our facilities included: a party for kids and families, a community festival, a 5k and Kids Dash run, a fun run, a spring festival, and a 25k anniversary celebration.
$6,020.00 was collected for use of schools in April 2023. |

School Board Policy KG, Community Use of Facilities, requires the preparation and issuance of a monthly community use of facilities report. Monthly reports will provide an overview of both ACPS-related and non-ACPS related facilities use. |

|
The Superintendent recommends that the School Board the April 2023 Community Use of Facilities monthly report. |
