The Superintendent recommends that the School Board convene a closed meeting on March 14, 2024.
Madam Chair, I move that the Board convene a closed meeting pursuant to Section 2.2-3711(A)(8) of the Code of Virginia for consultation with legal counsel employed or retained by a public body regarding specific legal matters requiring the provision of legal advice by such counsel regarding collective bargaining within Alexandria City Public Schools.
