The FY2023 Q2 Quarterly Report contains a summary of the Capital Improvement Program work that progressed during the second quarter of FY2023 (October - December 2022). The highest percentage of the work noted was in the implementation phase (29 projects). The remainder of the projects were in the planning / design phase (15), close-out phase (8), initiation phase (2) and pending close-out phase (2).
