From June 7 to June 21 Hanover Research will be distributing a 360 Leadership Survey to collect stakeholder perceptions of the degree to which Dr. Gregory C. Hutchings, Jr. is meeting leadership standards which align with the Virginia Department of Education Performance Standards and the division’s Areas of Focus. Targeted stakeholders include school and division staff, Board advisory committee members, city agency contacts, community partners, parents, high school students, and community members. Results will help to inform progress on the division’s Areas of Focus and the Superintendent’s annual performance evaluation. The survey and the list of stakeholders is provided as an attachment to this brief.

Hanover Research will be distributing a 360 Leadership Survey to a group of stakeholders including school and division staff, Board advisory committee members, city agency contacts, community partners, parents, high school students, and community members. The purpose of the survey is to collect stakeholder perceptions of the degree to which Dr. Gregory C. Hutchings, Jr. is meeting leadership standards which align with the Virginia Department of Education Performance Standards and the division’s Areas of Focus.
