Agenda Item Summary: From September 25 to October 4, Alexandria City Public Schools (ACPS) will administer a survey to stakeholders to seek additional feedback on how we can improve Virtual PLUS+ and next steps in planning for the transition back into our schools. The five-minute survey is designed to better understand needs and provide options that work for staff, students and families to the best of our ability.
Background: ACPS will be administering surveys to students (grades 3-12), staff, and families aimed to measure Virtual PLUS+ services and next steps in planning for the transition back into our schools. The surveys are designed to be brief allowing the most critical information to be collected from as many stakeholders as possible to best inform decision-making moving forward.
Recommendation: The Superintendent recommends that the School Board review the information contained in this brief as well as the attachments for an understanding of the current Virtual PLUS+ survey administration.
