Recommendation
|
The Superintendent recommends that the School Board convene a closed meeting on October 17, 2023.
Madam Chair, I move that the Board convene a closed session to consult with legal counsel pursuant to Section 2.2-3711(A)(8) of the Code of Virginia regarding a specific legal matter, specifically Board training regarding compliance with the Virginia Freedom of Information Act; and,
Madam Chair, I move that the Board convene a closed session to discuss and consider personnel matters, specifically the performance, resignation and/or disciplining of a specific specific public employees pursuant to Section 2.2-3711(A)(1) of the Code of Virginia; and to protect the privacy of individuals in personal matters not related to public business pursuant to Section 2.2-3711(A)(4) of the Code of Virginia. |
