Recommendation
|
|
The Superintendent recommends that the Alexandria City School Board retain counsel to represent the School Board and assert any claims it may have against Meta Platforms, Inc., formerly known as Facebook, and other defendants for damages arising out of the design and operation of social media platforms and the creation of a public nuisance, and authorize Division Counsel to execute the documents necessary to effectuate such retention. |
