|
This memo provides an update of Community Use of Facilities for September 2021. To provide context, non-essential use of all ACPS facilities was suspended as of March 13, 2020 (due to school closure in light of Covid-19). In September 2021, use of our facilities included before and aftercare programming, instructional support events, GMU cohort programming, and POD activities for AHD.
No funding was collected for use of schools in September 2021 |

School Board Policy KG, Community Use of Facilities, requires the preparation and issuance of a monthly community use of facilities report. Monthly reports will provide an overview of both ACPS-related and non-ACPS related facilities use. |

Recommendation

|
The Superintendent recommends that the School Board accept the September 2021 Community Use of Facilities monthly report. |
