|
Whereas Board Member Tammy Ignacio has notified the Chair that she is unavailable to be physically present for tonight’s Special Called School Board meeting for a medical reason; and whereas Board Member Ignacio requests the opportunity to participate in the meeting via video conference call from out of town; AND
Whereas Board Member Meagan Alderton has notified the Board that she is unavailable to be physically present for tonight’s Special Called School Board Meeting due to personal matter, specifically childcare, and whereas she has not participated in more than two or 25% of Board meetings by electronic means during 2024; and whereas Board Member Alderton requests the opportunity to participate via Video Conference Call from her home;
Therefore, I move, pursuant to Code of Virginia Section 2.2-3708.3 that the Board approve the participation of Board Members Tammy Ignacio and Meagan Alderton in this meeting by Video conference call. |
